The Carefree Pet is happy to provide holistic and natural pet products that increase your pet's overall health and wellness. However, our products and information are not meant to replace licensed veterinary care. Our solutions are complimentary to the care administered by Veterinarians.
Please carefully follow the instructions found on the labels of the products. The Carefree Pet cannot be held liable for misuse of products within our virtual catalog.
The Carefree Pet accepts Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover. We also accept checks and money orders.
The Carefree Pet is capable of fulfilling custom orders on all the shampoos, conditioners, powders and extracts available found on our website. Custom orders range in size from 2 oz., 8 oz., and 32 oz. sizes. However, we are happy to make special arrangements for bulk size purchasing outside the standard 2 oz., 8 oz., and 32 oz. sizes. If you would like to place a custom order, call our toll free phone number at (888)595-6061 or send us an e-mail and we will be happy to assist you with your purchase.

Domestic Shipping Information
Most domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Priority Mail within the same day they placed Monday thru Friday as long as they are ordered before 4:00pm Arizona time. Orders that contain pet food are typically shipped via Federal Express Ground.
Customers may elect to have a package shipped via Federal Express Overnight. Overnight shipping is available Monday thru Thursday for next day delivery. Overnight orders that are placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Overnight orders must be received by 3:30pm on the day prior to the intended date of delivery in order to make delivery time the following day.
Saturday delivery is handled on a case by case basis and you must contact one of our holistic product specialists via phone or e-mail to make arrangements for a Saturday delivery.
Unfortunately, at this time, The Carefree Pet is unable to fulfill international orders.
The Carefree Pet offers refunds on products that are sealed, unused and in good condition, within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order. Weekends and holidays are inclusive as part of the 30 day acceptance period. In order for The Carefree Pet to accept returned items, each item must be sealed and in "new" condition. There can be no damage to labels and no bottles can be broken. All returned orders must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order number. The Carefree Pet does not refund shipping charges or return-shipping charges. All returns must be shipped to The Carefree Pet with the return order number on label of the package. Returned orders that do not have the return order number on the front of the package will not be accepted.

Please be advised that there is a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise and a 20% re-stocking fee on any pet food returns.

If you receive an order that is damaged, you must call the The Carefree Pet within 5 days of order receipt. We will re-ship your order and immediately start the claim process. Please save the damaged package in case a claims representative would like to view its condition.
Mistake in the Order
If you receive an order that has a mistake in it, we first and foremost apologize. Please contact the The Carefree Pet and we will immediately fix the mistake at no cost to you. After all, it's our fault, not yours.
